EECHS Membership – Affordable Plots on Easy Installments

The Education Employees Cooperative Housing Society (EECHS) invites individuals from the education sector and the general public to secure a future filled with affordable, secure, and modern housing. Through our transparent membership process, EECHS ensures equal opportunities for all to own a home while adhering to the housing policies of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).

Membership Details

• Membership Fee: PKR 30,000

  • Payable via:
    • Bank Deposit: Directly into the official EECHS bank account.
    • Online Payment: Securely through debit/credit card or Easypaisa via our web portal.
    • Cash Payment: Accepted at our designated office.
  • Note: Membership fees are non-refundable.

• Eligibility:

  • Open to individuals from the education sector and the general public.
  • All members must complete required documentation and payment.

Membership Process

1. Step 1: Deposit the membership fee of PKR 30,000.
2. Step 2: Fill out the membership form online or at the EECHS office.
3. Step 3: Submit the required documents and proof of payment.
4. Step 4: Receive confirmation of your membership via SMS or email.
5. Step 5: Participate in the Kurandazi (Draw), where names will be selected transparently for plot allotment.

Plot Allotment Through Kurandazi

After the membership phase ends, a fair and transparent draw (Kurandazi) will be conducted. Members whose names are drawn will be eligible for:

1. Plot Allotment: Selected members will be offered plots based on their preferences.
2. Booking Confirmation: Members must clear the booking fee to finalize their plot.
3. Installment Plan: A flexible and affordable installment plan will begin after booking confirmation.

This process ensures transparency, fairness, and ease for all members.
